The study explored the wealth management decision-making ecosystem, driven by the evolving global emergence of cryptocurrencies as a stella wealth management landscape, as a variant from the established traditional cycle. Premised on the content and bibliometric analytical template, the open-source literature was scrutinized. Following which, it was observed that the existing open-source literature reveals a clear and consistent shift in the global wealth management landscape from the traditional typology to a digital milieu, choreographed by the disruptive emergence of cryptocurrencies as a legitimate investment asset class. That cryptocurrencies are no longer peripheral financial instruments but have become increasingly integrated into investment portfolio. This has created a new investment decision-making climate contoured by the special off-grid character content of cryptos as digital wealth storage and growth assets. Hence, the emerging investment-decision making ecosystem is characterized by high-end fluidity, complexity arising from of opaqueness, regulatory lag, high decentralization and technology fuses, as distinct contours of the crypto wealth world. Therefore, wealth managers must adopt hybrid investment strategies that integrate both traditional and digital assets, while maintaining robust risk management frameworks. They must be at their top in apprehending the continuous evolution of digital assets tools, as the system keeps mutating. Policymakers should develop clear and adaptive regulatory frameworks that promote innovation while safeguarding investor interests and ensuring market stability.
